 Finished Cabins

Livable Cabins

e

Lucky Cabins offer an elusive class of cabin that combines the form and

function of traditional living conveniences with the affordable price point that the

hard working American family deserves. We use FULL SIZE cabinets, cupboards,

sinks, vanities, showers and everything else so you are really getting a home

away from home. I refuse to use sub par components found in tract homes or the

functionally dysfunctional tiny versions of "amenities" you will see elsewhere.

I personally scour the big box stores as well as the mom & pop shops from here

to wherever I am building. Putting my connections and experience gained over

the years I can get you the most bang for your buck on quality amenities.

Read more below to really learn what sets us apart from the others.

What sets the Lucky Cabin Co. apart from other cabins companies?

What sets the Lucky Cabin Company apart from the rest can be found in the overall functionality of our cabins. I like to refer to them as livable cabins. Livable because they are designed with the space and features that are more commonly found in houses. Altogether too often today you will run into the perils of products designed to sell rather than products designed for function. Take exterior lighting for example. Let's say the woodpile is out back and you need to bring some in. It's dark already so you need a flashlight. Assuming the kids put it back and the batteries are good you are still 1 hand short and might struggle a little trying to bring in a few pieces. That is your experience with a cabin from company B. This is one of countless scenarios that will take place over the years where exterior lighting is crucial. With a Lucky Cabin you need not worry about light. you will have 7.....yes 7 exterior lights for 360 degree high wattage coverage. Set them for motion detection to use as security lights or manually control them for a well lit environment. On paper both designs can check off the box for exterior light. Only one was designed with you and your family in mind. An exterior water spigot is worth it's weight in gold out in the woods. Apparently that's too much trouble for the other guys to go through. The laundry room saves you from big piles to wash when you get back home. Maybe have a set of cabin clothes for everyone and you won't have to pack / unpack every time. Exhaust fans in the bathrooms keep the moisture out and the mirrors clean. Exterior plugs on the front and back come in handy regularly. USB plugs help charge your gadgets faster. Smoke detectors, fans, central heating and air and a lot of other little things that aren't so little make this a livable cabin. If the need should ever arise to sell the property you now have acres and a house to sell. That's right, a fully functioning house . Rent it out on Airbnb for some extra income. Who knows.... the right cabin in the right area might even pay for itself several times over. I care about every family and every cabin I build (I personally build them all) and I will always make sure that I do everything possible to make this journey a good one.
